D&D Summer Adventure Lab – Beacon, NY

Position: Seasonal, Part-Time (approximately 2–3 hours/day)
Compensation: $18/hour

The D&D Summer Adventure Lab is looking for a dependable, energetic, and kid-friendly Guild Master's Assistant to help keep our adventures running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for a responsible young adult who enjoys working with children and doesn’t mind jumping in wherever needed.

Typical Schedule: Approximately 2–3 hours/day, primarily during lunch and daily transitions, with opportunities for additional hours as the program grows.

⚔️ What You'll Do

• Assist with Lab and young adventurer supervision during lunch and transitions

• Help set up and clean up activities and materials

• Organize supplies, tables, and game spaces

• Welcome families and assist with check-in/check-out as needed

• Encourage positive participation and help kids feel included

• Lend a hand with art projects, games, and creative activities

• Perform general support tasks and miscellaneous duties to help the program run smoothly

• May occasionally jump into the adventure by portraying a fun NPC (non-player character) or assisting with storytelling and roleplay activities

🎲 Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience babysitting, tutoring, camp counseling, teaching, or working with children

• Experience with theater, improv, performance, or public speaking

• Familiarity with Dungeons & Dragons or other tabletop games (not required!)
